However, due to the nature of the services, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will request that you send us a photo of the defective or incorrect item and provide you with instructions on how to return the item if necessary. We can then offer a replacement or full refund for the defective or incorrect item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 7–10 business days once the return is approved. For returns of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are requesting a return for any reason other than a defect or error, the return shipping will be at your own expense.

Change of Mind

Please be aware that all products are unique and produced only once ordered, this also means that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered by mistake, including change of mind, incorrect colour selections or other personal preferences. Please review carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are specifically produced for you, cancellations can only be processed within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the production process begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee that the package will be delivered to the correct location. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying the additional shipping fees to have the package resent.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will assist you in processing a claim with the carrier or arranging for a replacement or refund.
